A 3D scanner is a device that analyzes a real-world object or environment to collect data on its shape and possibly its appearance (i.e. color). The collected data can then be used to construct digital, three dimensional models useful for a wide variety of applications. We know that the Government of People’s Republic of China worries about their people and as a result they censorship all their after activities. China is already blocking Plurk,  Facebook, YouTube, Flickr, Blogspot, Hotmail, Wikipedia and Twitter. According to Chinese government, in 2010 there were 60,000 websites shot down due to the pornographic and obscene content. I really can not believe there were so many pornographic website in China. In a statement on December 30,2010 Wang Chen, a head of the State Council Information Office,  announced that there would be no stopping its campaign against material it deemed obscene.
